In his role as Manager of the Company, Ben sets the priorities for the business and directs investment strategy, oversees financing and collateralization of properties, evaluates capital expenditures, directs corporate officers, and manages the company’s day-to-day operations. The goal, above all, is sustainable growth and community benefit. Ben is a practicing corporate attorney in Pittsburgh. Even though he reads contracts all day, he still insists he isn’t “boring.” Ben is an aspiring home chef, often emulating the recipes of his favorite foodies, J. Kenji López-Alt and Andrew Rea. He loves rooting on his hometown Denver Broncos and Colorado Rockies, playing golf and reading science fiction novels. He remains focused on family, good friends, and growing DHM. If he has a free Friday night, you can find him watching movies he has already seen – Chipotle burrito in hand – with his wife, Ashby.

When Megan is not working, she is spending time with her family, and their three exceptionally large dogs. She loves restoring furniture and any do-it-yourself home project when she isn’t gardening with her husband, Dave, or supplying her son, Corbin, and his entourage of friends with a never-ending supply of snacks and pop.
